We want you to be completely satisfied with your SumUp purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know.
Eligibility for returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sumuptoday.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
