Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping within India

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹599. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below this value.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

International shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery timelines and charges will vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@sumuptoday.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
